"If I could leave a negative star review, I WOULD! Good friends of mine had their truck at Adam’s shop for a staggering 24 days and were charged over $3,700 for the job. Once the truck was returned, the battery that had been perfectly fine, was dead AND the truck wasn’t even fixed properly and had to be taken to a different shop. More than once the vehicle was “ready” for pickup, only to be told shortly after that it wasn’t. 8 trips to check in on the vehicle, and 8 excuses from B & A. Overall terrible customer service and communication. I’m shocked at all the 5 star reviews. If you are a new customer, be very careful and please for your own good, shop elsewhere. This poor excuse for an auto repair shop has all but stolen money from my friends. I cannot express enough I much I encourage you to take your business elsewhere."
