At one point, I showed him a clever component I'd found online but which they did not stock. He agreed it was a good solution for what I was doing, tapped a few keys in his vast suppliers database, and had it on order for me IN SECONDS. When I finally finished my research and placed the order, it was ready within an hour for will call pickup, tidily packed and complete. Now I wish I had more plumbing to do."
