"I brought my quad in for some carburator work and clutch adjustment and a few other little things. They put used parts on my quad not sure why. Clutch was supposed to be adjusted didn't seem to be any different. Ran better before I took it over to them. So I called and talk to them about said bring it back so I did. I was told it didn't run this bad when it left not the case at all runs terrible on the bottom end. He told me he probably could fix it so after he said that I asked if I should just take it to mac's in Clarkston he said they would just start throwing parts at it and it would cost me more. After they charger me $625 nothing was better with the clutch and it actually runs worse than it ever has. Never going to use the cycle barn again."

"They have gone above and beyond the call of service. The gentleman I talked to offered to pick up my bike to take it to the service shop due to my bike having a nail in the tire. Every business should use this as a model. When I called OTHER places they were rude and unwilling to help. As I was frustrated by the lack of customer care and support from other local businesses in the Moscow area , I was so, so, so relieved that good customer care still exists from The Cycle Barn. I will be a life long Cycle Barn customer now, and reccomend this shop to all my motorcycle friends and family! THANK YOU CYCLE BARN! Yall are life savers! And true authentic people!"
