"K Pro Automotive saved my life today! I ran out of gas on the side of the road and they brought me 2 gallons of gas that they had laying around and the driver gave me $20 to fill up my car! And then jump started my car so I could get going! They are amazing! Genuine and Humble people! I am a single mom and am so thankful for the help I received from them this morning! God bless them and whoever else uses there services! Thanks a million!"
"Went in to see about my power steering pump and they said it was bad well they gave me the option to bring my own part I wasn't really worried about the mark up price more about the better part so that's what I did ..I asked about flushing the system and putting a inline filter in they said it wasn't necessary i beg the differ ..they said of course we flush the syatem if you don't flush the system they said it would void the warranty..come to find out after the part failed within 4 months I went back today to see what they can do ..and they said since I bought my own part it wouldn't have a warranty and I would have to pay again..my problem is that they failed to mention if I buy my own part that would void my warranty and now I'm out the 5 hundred and a hundred dollar tip to the mechanic Bob if they would have told me this in the first place I would of let them order the part and gladly paid the marked up price.. we wouldn't be having an issue right now.. besides they don't have the right tools to check the rack and pinion sterring unit pressure to even see if the rack needed replaced At the same time. This is on a 2011 GMC Acadia I would steer clear of this place! They are not equipped to handle this type of vehicle even for 130 dollars per hr!"
"Used to use when Paul owned, no issues other than it was a bit pricey but no other issues. When Dustin took over brought in my vehicle and over two occasions replaced 6 U joints, price was reasonable and staff were friendly. A couple months later vibration was back, took it in and they had missed how badly worn the yoke was from a really badly worn u joint (my fault for letting it go so long). My rig is older (2001) and it does need mechanical which I try to get done as needed and as I can afford. I figured I would get some other needed work done as well. They did shocks, headlight bulbs, and sway bar and booked me another day for the rest of the work and that was fine, they didn’t charge me then, they preferred to wait until all the work was done which was nice, and again reasonable price and good to work with. I was booked later to have dash lights replaced by their “dash guy”, I brought it back for dash light bulbs, they call and said dash switch needed replacing so I just said do it. I picked up my rig and paid my $1,700 bill without question, and took it for a drive. I tried the headlights and noticed that when I pulled the switch to turn on the fog lights the dash trim panel lifted away from the dash, which it never did before. I figured maybe they forgot a clip so I drove it back. When I parked to look for a clip I had the door open and noticed a clip on the floor, then I noticed some broken plastic, then another clip and some more plastic. I picked up the clips and broken pieces of plastic in the palm of my hand it made about a 1.5 inch pile. I showed it and said that this ain’t right. The guy, not Dustin, said “we’ll make it right”. I said let’s make it right anyway and looked up if I could get a used dash trim panel, found a listing on eBay for $150 and asked them to order it so we could replace mine, they said again they’ll make it right and I said I’m not looking for anything free, order the part and charge me, you guys do what you feel is right and left. A few days later my radios faceplate fell off and I noticed around the radio several broken spots in the dash trim panel. I called them and said I would never let their dash guy touch another rig if I were them and they said they’ve never had an issue before. I asked if they had ordered the trim panel yet and was told that they would call me back. They didn’t so I called them again a few days later and asked if the part was ordered and was told again they’ll call me back. When I didn’t get the call back I chalked it up to maybe not wanting to work on my older rig and maybe not really wanting to “make it right” It’s strange though, in a small town, you can’t really do that for several reasons one is there’s only so many customers and two is that reputations are especially important for small town services. Looking at the comments of how the owners are responding to dissatisfied customers (whether the customer is right or wrong) speaks volumes to me on if they will handle customer complaints with professionalism, which speaks to other things. It appears when things go good, this shop is good, when they don’t…maybe not so much. Unfortunately because of this experience I will look elsewhere, which is too bad because I really wanted to continue going here."
"I took my truck there after reading lots of good reviews about this shop. Unfortunately my experience with them was not so good. I didn't even get 2 hours running time before the problem returned. My truck was not even put back together properly when they said it was ready to go. Ruined a u joint due to their negligence. They installed a new one, but with a 300% markup on the cost."
"I dropped in with a multitude of problems that came on suddenly and all at once. Corey was there immediately as I pulled up, and quick to diagnose the problems, even though they were clearly busy. He did what he could to get me back on the road , and assured me that it’s safe to drive home. I would 100% recommend K Pro Automotive for their prompt and friendly service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
