"Do not board your small pets here. I’ve used their services multiple times without issues but the most recent time I tried to board I was talked to so disrespectfully and treated worse than they treat the dogs. All they do is keep your small pet locked in a cage for the duration of their stay and I free roam my bunny, so the reason for my treatment was unnecessary. I see the way they respond to the low reviews. Whoever runs the account needs to take a class in PR management. I’m so disappointed I used to donate and foster for them, but now I want nothing to do with this business. I wish you better days. Reply to Owner: I called over 10 times and like you said you’re low staffed so I was not surprised by no one answering the phone. I arrived at 630 you close at 7. As I was there there there was someone picking up their dog and you came to the door only to give them their dog. You completely ignored me as if I was not there. You decided to take your stress out on me. I can extend empathy to hard workers but you were trying to play me like I was late for no reason. (Im assuming it was you who responded to my review) You saw me in heels, sweating, cause I was rushing BUSTING MY TAIL to even make it. Post the video of me yelling to no one responding “hold on we’re busy” or at least “wait”. I said immediately “Sorry I’m late” and I would’ve understood if you could not take him because I was late but you decided to be rude and try to talk to me like a child. If how I acted was the ONLY reason you didn’t take him you are downright the most selfish and inconsiderate person I have ever met. I’ll say it again cause clearly you do not want to improve your business practices DO BETTER"

"I had an incredible experience at Melissa's Mensgerie! The facility is top-notch, providing a comfortable and safe environment for my furry friend. The staff was incredibly friendly, showing genuine care and attention to my cat's needs. The cat room was a true highlight - spacious, engaging, and filled with various amenities to keep my cat entertained. I couldn't have asked for a better place to board my beloved feline companion. Highly recommended for all cat owners!"

"We’ve had the pleasure of using Melissa’s Menagerie services for day care and now as our wedding attendant most recently. We have used daycare at least once if not three times a week for about a year. I started looking into who I wanted to take care of our dog, Kevin, about 8 months before our wedding. I knew Melissa’s did outside work besides daycare. I just wasn’t familiar with their services. When I first began approaching them, Heidi and Melissa made me feel so comfortable that I knew I wouldn’t go wrong. There were some complications with my venue that day. Heidi, bless her heart, made sure that I was well taken care of as the bride. She ensured me that she would stay no matter what to get all the pictures I wanted with Kevin. She took pictures along the way (even though I didn’t have my phone with me that night). She has a such a sweet personality that makes you feel calm and that everything will be okay."

"My puppy LOVES coming here. I can't even drive to the dollar store next door to them without her losing her mind from excitement thinking she's going to daycare. The staff works very hard to monitor their playgroups at all times, and puts forth immense effort to rotate the pups that can't be with other pups to make sure they also get quality time out. I've worked with dogs just about my whole adult life (including many boarding facilities), and I'd say this is the only facility I would ever feel comfortable boarding my dogs at."
