"On Tuesday night my daughter was severely ill and needed a next day appointment. My daughter came home with RSV symptoms around 5:30pm Tuesday night. By that point the office was closed so I tried to make an appointment online but it said there weren’t any appointments available. My next option was my daughter’s other doctor that was further away but for the next day. Today I had an appointment set up for 2pm but was called at 1:50pm to let me know they can’t accept her because she was seen by this other doctor. When I explained the urgency of the situation and explained that I did try to schedule with them they told me that because I had more communication with the other location that they couldn’t except my daughter as a patient. I then stated that I used to live near that location and that’s why I have so much history with them. But I live near this location now and is why I picked this doctor’s office. I was told I can’t keep hoping around different practices as if they are a clinic and at this point it’s best if I stay with her old doctor have a “great day” and then hung up on me. This past week has been a nightmare watching my baby go through this and all I wanted was a follow up on her current condition. I do not recommend this location if you want people to treat you kindly. I was repeatedly cut off from speaking when explaining my situation and then hung up on. They do not care about their patients."

"Excellent pediatrician. I was in a rush to establish care with my new healthcare system after switching jobs and Dr. Rojas was the first available and the only MD taking new adolescent patients. My plan was to switch to someone with a closer office once I was able to. I will be making the extra drive to her office. She is amazing. 2 of my three children have significant developmental and psychiatric issues. She was patient, non-judgmental and took extra time talking to both them and me privately. She went the extra mile to get one of my children an appointment with psychiatric services the day of our appointment and then called that day to follow up and check on us. Mercy is fortunate to have gained such an experienced, compassionate provider and I feel lucky to have found her."
