"Dr Hartman is great. I give her 5 stars but the front staff brought my over all experience down to 4 stars. Reason: I have seen Dr Hartman since my daughter was born. Every year I would come in with my new insurance card. I was always making sure She was under my insurance before I made my selection. Last year I brought my daughter in for her 4 year old check up. Gave them my card pay my copay. Every thing went great as normal. Shortly after her first visit of the year we ended up come in for emergency visit because my daughter had a high fever. Came in as normal, paid my copay. Than just before we could be seen I was called back up to the desk to be informed that Dr Hartman is not under my insuranc. I than was stuck because my daughter was sick and needed to be seen. I was told I would have to pay for visit. Dr Hartman was informed and she did her best to keep the visit charges within reason. When I left I immediately called my insurance company and told them what had happened. I was told by the insurance company they would make an exception and pay for her check up and her emergency visit. I called the office back to let them know my insurance will cover the bills just submit them. This was not done so I am stuck paying the bills and submitting them myself. Yes I know I will get my money back but I feel someone didn't do there job, so I have too. Just make sure the front desk is doing there part so you don't have to go through what I did."
