"My experience with Dr. Yenzer was two-fold. The actual dental experience with my hygienist and the dentist was actually very nice. The office is clean and modern, and I left my appointment happy and feeling fresh. However my overall experience ended up being very poor because I was misled about the costs of a routine visit. I was told upon arrival that this office was out of network for my insurance, but the cost should only be about $25. I agreed that this wasn't a deal-breaker, so went forward with the appointment. Flash forward a few weeks and I received a bill for $110. Had the office staff been truthful about this, I wouldn't have gone forward with the appointment. A little research told me that Dr. Yenzer charges significantly more than most other dentists in the area for the exact same service, and many insurance companies just cannot pay these high rates. I told the doctor about what his staff had told me about my co-pay responsibility, and he was unwilling to budge or to admit their error. Because of the lack of integrity, I would advise all to proceed with caution before booking an appointment here."

"I've been going here for a few years now and I always have an awesome experience! I had a dent in one of my front teeth for over 15 years from a fall when I was a kid, and during my first visit they asked me if I wanted it fixed and they fixed it right then and there. The staff is so friendly and seems to really want to connect with you. They also send out text reminders when you're due for an appointment which is super convenient. Yenzer Family Dental makes me actually enjoy going to the dentist!"
