"I had visited this location before and had a terrific experience with the tech who was a gentleman so I returned here today. I was a walk-in and the waiting room was empty when I arrived around 8:30 am. After waiting for about 10 minutes, a lady came out and called my name. The ensuing experience was most unpleasant, leading me to write this review. This tech said not one word more than she absolutely had to: name, DOB, referring doctor, sign here, sit there, which arm. I tried to tell her I am usually a bit nervous but she said nothing. Didn’t even warn me before plunging the needle into my arm. Dismissed me as abruptly as she greeted me. She did get the draw in one shot so I’m giving a few stars for competency. However, her cold and unfriendly demeanor sent chills down my spine. If you’ve never truly felt like you were just a number and an inconvenience to someone, it is shocking. QUEST: please conduct regular QA and heed your customers’ feedback. No one that uncaring should be in this line of work."

"I Had an exceptional tech today at my 1:30 appointment. She is the only person, in any lab I’ve been to, who used the appropriate needle for small veins. Also a very nice, sweet lady with great people skills. A great experience."
