"If there was minus star I would give him -5. I called him today to do my tax filing. I asked him if he prefers me to email him my tax forms then go to his office to pay for the service and pick up my filed tax paper as my previous preparer would have me to do, or I have to go to his office in person to hand him my forms so he files it. Well, as soon as I mentioned whether I can send him my tax forms by email, he jumped in, interrupted me and started ranting. He spoke with quite heavy Asian accent but I heard he said that I am "lazy" and don't understand how he does tax. He kept ranting without letting me add a word . He then hung up the phone. I never recommend him. Honestly I would not recommend him for a dog walk job. He needs to enroll in some classes to acquire American human values and business courtesy."
