"More office space and a better coordination of time to use it would be nice. Additional lead generation and an after hours contact person for AEP would be helpful. We really appreciate how helpful Hovis has been to us overall with our agency; testing, and compliance training. The contests and prizes are motivating and Steph would enjoy participating in future sales contests. "Exaggeration aside, Hovis and Associates really is a great upline to have. They are always on top of and current with the companies whose business we write. They, as a company, operate completely honestly, openly, and seeking to maximize their customer experience (broker and policy applicant). Individually, the owners (family-owned) are first-class.
