It happened before....but never took three days. We came to this office ONLY BECAUSE our family doctor Kimmel moved into here. She has being a great doctor for us for many years. But now I gonna switch the physician."

"Our first appointment, both mom & toddler in the same (which was nice) went well, however, I answered a mental health question too thoroughly and was then charged for a full expensive appointment instead of an annual wellness check. Had I been told by the provider in the moment that I was going to be charged for talking too much, I would have not even answered the question at all that day. They could have even told me to schedule another appointment to discuss the question further, but that did not happen; I was uninformed. When I called billing to ask what had happened, this is what was explained to me - and I felt silly for even answering the question the provider posed, especially as a first-time mom amidst the end of a pandemic. A couple appointments later for our kiddo, the wellness check was charged incorrectly again. After learning my lesson the first time, and not wanting to be made out to feel silly as a young mom & parent again, I did not battle it; we just went ahead & paid it. These are not comfortable feelings when it comes to medical care. After this subpar experience with this location & another, we do not feel comfortable returning nor recommending it to others."
