"I wouldn't recommend them to anyone! Several things have happened while dealing with Massage Envy. I used to be a member and didn't have much time to use it, when I canceled they gave me 40 days to use my coupons that where prepaid and then basically stole my last coupon. 2 weeks before valentines day I booked a massage for 2 when I called to confirm they had no appointments set Matthew was the guy that helped me set the appointment that disappeared. I wouldn't recommend them to nobody zero stars from me. Never again will I spend money here."

"I would NOT sign up at this Massage Envy location. I have been a member for 16 months and have been cancelled on 7 times. Jennifer, the owner told me I need to book with reliable therapists, which is a ridiculous and unprofessional response. Not every ME is owned by the same person and I have heard several other people complain about this location. At this location both Amy and Katherine have cancelled on me twice so definitely avoid them. I'm starting to look at different massage places because this is so frustrating."

"My first time at Message Envy and I was treated like royalty! The staff were inviting and helpful and my masseuse named Rhonda was amazing! She made sure I was comfortable and walked me through the process. After the massage she offered advice on maintenance and gave me my used bottle of massage oil! I am definitely going back to the massage office in Lenexa again! I feel awesome!!! Kudos to the whole staff there!"
