"A doctor who claims to specialize in pediatric developmental and behavioral health, who points at a child in distress and arrogantly and rudely states, "that needs a psychiatrist," and offers no other help, is not acceptable. I was shocked to read his office notes of our appointment, full of so many upsetting and simply untrue things, including how disruptive my son was to the people in the next room? Maybe if my son wasn't made to wait so long in a room with no toys and nothing to do, things would have gone a bit smoother? It was obvious this Dr did not care to help, and was in fact, just annoyed with us. I would've never made this appt, had the receptionist not assured me that this Dr could in fact help with our specific needs. Unfortunately, she was wrong."
