"The self cleaning pump was going out so we thought. Kevin came out to look at the problem. I wish I could say that it was a positive experience. But Kevin never seen a self cleaning pump and wasnt sure how it worked. Said it would be 477.00 to replace. But I felt very rushed in the visit, like he had other calls to get to and couldn't wait for us to make a decision on what we should do. Did not even have the part on his truck. And said he would have to reschedule. Was in a big hurry to get to next call. My husband does similar work (has appts to get to) and treats each customer like he has all day. It felt very rushed with Kevin. And after telling them what we thought was the issue before appt and to not have it on your truck? It just wasnt the best experience. Thank you."
