"I broke the screen on my phone. Took it here on the recommendation of my neighbor. They had the phone for 24 hours. When I picked it up, it looked fine. I tried to make a call but it didn't work. I returned to the shop and they attempted to fix the issue. It worked for about 10 minutes and stopped again. I went to AT&T to see if it was a problem with the phone. They installed a new SYM card and it worked...for about 10 minutes. Back to the St Louis Cellphone Center. The young man took the phone in the back and returned about 5 minutes later. He told me that he had made a change and it should be fine now. So far, so good. I hope it works so I don't have to buy a new phone. I depend on the phone more so than most as I have health issues and need to be able to get in touch with doctors."
