"Waited over 17 minutes past the appointment time to speak with their trainer. 5-10 mins late for an appointment, I can understand, but this was blatantly disrespectful of my time. There are better gyms as far as respect, cleanliness, look, smell, etc."

"I've been going to FF for going on 4 years now. When I started, I was a blob of no accountability, a stroke waiting to happen. I needed a gym with specific class times, workouts that are thoughtfully put together for people with many different goals, and an accountability partner. This place is it. Marshall, David, Ali, Mack, Vanessa, and every coach that I've worked with there, are absolute tops of their game. They are supportive, personal, knowledgeable, and just downright good people. Whatever your fitness goals are, this fam will help you achieve them, and have a great time doing it...although you will be tired, probably, at least if you're old like me. Give this place a shot. Seriously."
"I started with the Faster family in January of 2019 with a 6 week challenge. I was able to lose 7.2% body fat and an additional 15 pounds in that time! The workouts are intimate, challenging, and fun. The trainers are also truly invested in each members’ development and can modify workouts, assist with meal plans, and set goals to suit each individual.
