"Eric is a WIZARD!! I called to ask about repairing a 32 year old Citizen Yachting watch. He said he’d be happy to take a look. I walked in (to a spotless store) and was acknowledged immediately. This is opposed to plenty of stores where the owner or staff has their face buried in a phone. He immediately diagnosed possible issues. He checked each step with various machines and hand tools; and told me what he was doing at each step-and why. The battery was replaced, a corroded contact was cleaned, the inside cleaned and lubricated, the case gasket replaced, the band replaced, and the face of the watch I was wearing was also cleaned. All of this was done while I waited; which was about 30 minutes. 6 other customers were also in and out picking items and handled courteously with professionalism. I will be doing business with him as long as he is in business!!! 100% satisfied."

"my husband and i have an extensive watch collection. i had been going to another watch repair store closer to home but became dissatisfied when they told me my cartier would have to be sent to switzerland for repairs. i did a google and yelp search and found eric and watch repair central. he was able to fix the cartier in his shop without any problem. he has serviced and repaired over half a dozen high end watches for us. i couldn't be happier with his work. in this day and age, to be able to trust someone implicitly is rare. he does an absolutely fabulous job with repairs and the watches are always returned to us looking new. this the best watch repair in st louis, bar none."
