"I called to have plumbing work done. But I guess he doesn't do estimates because he hung up on me for asking for one, even after telling me he provides the service. If you don't do estimates it makes you look super sketchy dude."

When I hadn't herd from him by 4:00 PM on the following Tuesday I decided to give him a call. He acted like he didn't remember me and once again told me that he could come the following Monday or Tuesday. Maybe it's just me but it seems like someone in this line of work should maintain an appointment book. Needless to say I'm no longer interested in his services. I wasted a whole week waiting on him when I could have called someone else. How rude and unprofessional."
