Yasier then explained in great detail the necessary repairs needed to get the refrigerator working again. Despite my busy work schedule during the week, Yasier graciously accommodated my needs and arranged to come out on the weekend for the repair. His knowledge, patience, and reliability were truly impressive. I highly recommend him for all appliance repair needs."

"I have had the WORST customer experience from Yasir. George was great but Yasir refused to honor warranty on an appliance that is still under warranty, cussed me out and hung up on me. Really??? What business owner does that? Claimed he didn't have George's number when I said I'd call George (who installed) to ask him how to get this fixed. Really? Who doesn't have the phone number of the man you bought the business from? I ended up calling Insinkerator and they have been FANTASTIC. I will call all appliance companies I have worked with and share this story as Yasi is a poor reflection on their business."
