"I had Albert come to my home for a service call arranged by the warranty company for my washing machine. Albert arrived at my home, told my Mother my washing machine was a "non-standard setup", and that it was their policy to not physically move the washing machine in order to work on it - he informed me that I would need to move the washing machine myself. My washing machine is under a countertop, as it's a front-load washer. When I called to complain to the owner of the company, I was greeted with rude behavior, resulting in him hanging up on me after telling me "I can see I won't be able to please you". I have reported All Metro Appliance to the company who sent them to my home, I would certainly not want to do business with them ever again."

"Received a call from Albert that he was heading to my home between 12-1 to look at my dryer. I explained to him that I did not set up a time or date and I was not going to be home. I asked him why I would not have received a call to schedule an appointment and he said someone set it up. I explained it wasn’t me and asked why someone wouldn’t call? He told me in a rude tone that he wasn’t arguing with me to call my extended warranty company. So I called his company and spoke with Joe who said they were a manager. I began to explain how rude Alberts attitude was that called and to ask why I wasn’t contacted about a good time and date. He too became rude and said I called and left you a message, you didn’t respond and so we scheduled the appointment. I told him I didn’t receive any voicemail, he rattled my phone number off and said that’s the number I called. I told him I didn’t get it and he said you are ridiculous and hung up. I wouldn’t use this company if they were the last one on earth."

"Had an appointment made by Electrolux warranty department with these people. The tech who came was late and didn’t want to call the tech line and document the issues with my icemaker. He was rude. Rolling his eyes at me. Telling me it wasn’t necessary when I had the warranty department on the phone telling me in order to cover repairs he had to call. The repair would’ve cost over $500... instead it was going to cost $60. But he didn’t care. He was running behind schedule. So when the parts came in they sent Albert back with the same bad attitude and grudge who now refused to do work without being paid in advance. He ended up throwing my card down and walking out without doing the work. This company has no consideration for customers who have taken time off work or for helping save money!! I urge homeowners to use a different service provider. Save yourself the headache and probably money!! The tech also told his office he was at my home for 2 hours. Bold face lie. If they don’t want to adhere to Electrolux warranty procedures than get off their provider list!! The office personnel Karen and Joe were just as rude as the tech. Sad that customer care is so hard to find anymore. I would recommend All American appliance who I have coming out to do the work and have actually been treated nicely by."

"I've had numerous interactions with this company. On more than one occasion I've been treated with disrespect and talked down too. I've had technicians literally lie about appointments not kept, stating they called when they did not. I've had them say I cancelled appointment without ever talking to them. They've ordered parts for my appliance before ever looking at it. They've received ordered parts to make repairs and had them several weeks before calling to schedule that repair. I've called them and had contact person talk over me, was extremely rude and sarcastic then hung up on me. I do not recommend this company. Customer service is no concern to them."

"All Metro Appliance failed to show up for a repair appointment on the correct date. When we contacted them they informed us that the date had been changed. When we informed them that we had not been notified that the date was changed they acused us of lying and the service manager "Joe" proceded to cuss out my father and hang up on him. The next day during our "scheduled appointment" we had still not recieved comfirmation on wether or not they would be there. When we called them they informed us that our appointment had been canceled and we would have to find another service provider. When my dad attempted to contact the owner through the BBB he was accused of lying and cussing the manager out both of wich were false because I was sitting next to him when the call was made. I would not recommend doing buisness with these people unless you want to wait a week only to be canceled on at the last minute."
