"**edited to add that I PERSONALLY went in and filled out the request for records and 2 weeks later nothing has been sent, I’m going to have to go again. Today the message says ALL LOCATIONS ARE CLOSING. This is everything that is wrong with mental health care today. I understand staffing shortages but since my child is a patient I can’t risk not getting prescriptions, records, appointments or anyone on the phone. Called today to get medical records and the mailbox was full and call was disconnected. During Covid I was unable to get in at all. The doctor was not bad herself, in my opinion. This is also a place where adults with addictions/issues were seen and I felt uncomfortable having my 3 small children with me in the waiting room while a shuttle of adults (from who-knows where) showed up all at the same time."
"Horrible I wouldn't wish this Place on my worst enemy. Raafea Malik is awful. She's never in the office the 2years I've been there. Can't get my meds they declined my refill. Now all a sudden ALL they're locations are closing and they're are ceasing operation entirely on May 31st. I have 8 days worth of meds left and no refills available. If I could give them No stars I would."
"I'm not sure what other patients have been dealing with, but I've had nothing but great experience from Psychcare Consultants! Dr. Sarwar is friendly and patient, and critiques me where I need to be critiqued (usually with following up with therapists or certain procedures that need to be done on my end, etc). She's been very helpful with assisting me with my mental health and medications. The phone staff also are very helpful! Specifically I wanna shout-out to Judy and Tom, who often assist me. It's relatively quick for me to get connected to a person, and on the occasion that it does take awhile to get connected, the staff are always so understanding and apologetic. I'm unsure how there are so many negative reviews on this place."
"Hina Sarwar is incredibly unprofessional. After my pharmacy was struck by lightning and became unable to fulfill my refill request, Hina demanded I meet with her before she would send the prescription to a different location… even though I originally had the ability to refill on my own. She was 40 minutes late to our meeting (NOT the first time), and refused to help me get my medication. Instead of seeing that I was experiencing withdrawals and needed my medicine ASAP, she took time to explain to me over and over again that I should have picked up my prescription sooner. I had to hang up out of frustration. I have no medicine. She doesn’t want to help, she wants to make you feel bad about yourself"
"Don’t waste your time going here, it is almost impossible to get in touch with your doctor for them to refill a prescription. I would usually go a few days to a week without all my medication, every time I needed a refill. In my situation recently, another refill should have been sent with my previous prescription. I tried getting in touch for an entire month straight (going without it) before I finally resorted to switching my care provider. I would call throughout the week frequently ( for an entire month). All they could do was send a message to my doctor, which he obviously never looked at. They are super nice on the phone (for the most part) & the doctors make you feel very comfortable to open up about what’s going on. But I would not recommend this place, unless you can go without your medication frequently."
