"Worst possible service. We bought our house in September, and the previous owner recommended them, but warned the owner (Owen) was more responsive than the son. I called Owen on October 4 after I'd heard there was a freeze coming that weekend. Having never owned a home with a sprinkler, I needed his help to show me how to winterize or at least turn the system off. He looked up my address and said I did not need to winterize until December. I was skeptical. He assured me the lines were buried. He failed to tell me that there is a back flow assembly that is HIGHLY susceptible to freezing and cracking. Well, the freeze came, and when the thaw happened a few days later, the back flow assembly cracked in two places and released 55,000 gallons of water into my yard. I called after the catastrophe and he acted like he could not remember talking to me at all. Called him a few days later, and again, he could not remember talking to me from the few days prior. This terrible service costed me $1000."
