"Overall great experience! Connie was able to identify key problem areas and gave me feedback on things I could do at home to relieve pain. When she suggested that I come back she took the time to explain which areas she would focus on and how it could help my overall pain levels for the future. The only complaint I have is that you could hear the door chime when people would enter or leave the building and you could hear people talking which pulled me out of the deep relaxation I was in. Ultimately it wasn’t a huge issue because I was able to relax again within a few moments but for some it may be a bigger problem. Overall I had a wonderful experience and I’ve already booked my next session!"
