"Five stars easy smaller then the one in Joplin but just as good nurses doctors took care of me greatly when I had the flu food was great and they got a great team of doctors and nurses around the clock thank you freemen for taking care of me ."

"I just want to say i came in there not feeling good told them i wanted to get tested for any virus before i returned to work bc i work with kids in a hospital setting and they didnt stick it all the way up my nose said it came back negative for everything told me theres no magical fix MY DOCTOR WAS SUPER RUDE TO ME wouldnt give me a work excuse and then literally less then 24hrs later i go to a different hospital an hour away bc I WAS BREAKING OUT IN HIVES 4hrs LATER and tested positive for covid and of course i received so much more respect and kindness to my situation at washington regional even if i hadnt tested positive they were so much nicer to me from the begging and this is not the first time a male doctor there has been rude to me"

"If i could rate them a ZERO/ZERO I WOULD!!!! My husband was diagnosed with high liver enzymes... he is an alcoholic trying to recover.... however, they prescribed him 'paxlovid' to "help" which causes more liver damage! Prescribed by Benjamin Cesarz at Neosho, MO E.R. I'm absolutely disgusted and appalled by this. They aren't trying to help you, they're trying to kill you. He's a doctor and he knows this. How disgusting is that?! More money for him I guess. Doctors just don't care anymore."

"Back in March of 2023, I went to the emergency room. I got hit with bell palsy. Young male doctor with dark hair laughed. Really a doctor laughs at a patience with bell palsy. I think he needs to be fired or suspended til he takes a class of respect and growing up. Not good when emergency doctor laughs at a patience"

"My name is Elena and I currently am sitting here at neosho freeman er with my son. Went out to my vehicle to get a pull up to change my son ( mind you I’ve been sitting here for three hours) and wasn’t out there very long before coming back in to find out they had checked me out and now while my sons fever continuously spikes we have to continue to wait while they’ve been chit chatting about lotion and where they got it. How do I file a complaint on this hospital??"
