"I would like to preface my statement with the fact that I, like a majority of people, I’m guessing, do NOT like going to the dentist! So, when I started having an issue, I was filled with dread. When my husband said “Trust me, honey… once you go to Family Dentistry of Neosho, you will NEVER want to go anywhere else!”, I couldn’t imagine that my experience would be inspiring of such devotion, but, I agreed to let him try to get me in to see them. They were not supposed to be in the office that day, but, braved the weather and sacrificed time off to see me!! Wow!! Everyone was so warm and welcoming!! They were super quick to diagnose the issue and gave me options on how to proceed. I ended up agreeing to see an oral surgeon for my fractured crown removal and they offered to arrange the appointment for me!! My prescription was ready for me by the time I got to my pharmacy and the pain regimen they recommended has been a sanity saver!! I wish I could thank them each by name…. I remember Dr. Reagan and Tennille!! The ladies at the front desk deserve plenty of praise as well!! I am certain I will learn their names in the future because I have found my dental home!! I can’t thank y’all enough!!!"
