"Had an appointment this morning, they called yesterday to confirm I called back and confirmed, was there 10 mins before my appointment and they had dropped it and gave to someone else. All that was said was sorry I don’t know how that happened. Very disappointed and frustrated!"

"Some time back, I had a root canal done by these people who were at a different location then. I went to them because they were the only ones that weren't booked solid and I was in serious pain. With my income of the time my co-pay was slightly over $200 which I paid in full in cash. No receipt was given and then I was turned over to collections for nonpayment of the fee I'd already paid.!. To add insult for injury ... literally ... I went to another dentist some time after that and was told, "You've never had a root canal". Actually, I argued with them that I had and they proved to me that I hadn't with the new x-ray "Look, see for yourself, there's the nerve, you've never had a root canal, Sir ... If you'd had a root canal, that nerve would not be there & there it is".!. So, I never had a root canal that I paid for in cash that was never recorded as paid and was sent to collections for nonpayment ... these people are medical criminals at their very best."

"Been going here for years. They’ve made dental work more affordable then any other place I can find. I come from Oklahoma just to get the best dental work. Staff are amazing and the secretary and dentist are the best. The only downside is the very long out schedule. They’re always really really far booked out. I’ve booked out as far as 8months. They did move locations so hoping scheduling gets a little better."

"First person I talked to on the phone was extremely nice. Wished she could have been the person to get my kids scheduled, unfortunately it was the second person whose attitude in her job made me not even want to speak with her any longer. I'm so sorry my phone call was only to seek information, I did not need your condescending tone as to me trying to find a new dentist for my child, whose teeth have been hurting, yes, which is why I've been tryinf to find someone. They will never be seen by an access family facility ANYWHERE!! I need a dentist that doesn't hate their job. Thanks."

"Absolutely horrible experience here. I understand these dentists have a difficult job especially when dealing with children. Who likes going to the dentist? On our second visit when my daughter needed a filling and cap the doctor could hardly hold the needle and the assistant was dropping stuff while she was setting up the table. There was no communication to me the parent about her teeth or what was needed or going to happen. We were sent somewhere else and then told we needed to contact this place again and have our documents sent over. When we contacted Ache they said they had no record of us even being there! I had 1 child there twice and another once. How do they have 0 records of that? The ONLY good thing I will say is on the first visits for the checkups the nurses doing that were absolutely fantastic with both my daughters. They made them very comfortable and acted as if they loved their job. I was really surprised and disappointed on the second visit."
