"My mother went to this HACK. I know kids at tech schools that are teens with more knowledge about mowers!!! Very condescending to my mother over the phone because shes a 62 yr old woman. But when I went to pick up mower after 2 weeks and 4 work days he was at least half way respectful. Tbh I think its because of myself being a male and knew I wouldnt take his BS!!! NEVER take a mower for him for repair!!! He missed the most basic thing of a bent blade on my mothers mower but upcharged her on no other parts and was over $300!! Miss Kansas Power Mower who cant find the help to work on mowers. They were 1000% better than this guy who imo needs to retire!!!"

"The man that was at the shop. Few weeks ago was a little bit harsh but I think thats his personality trait. They sold us a nice rebuilt mower for 100 and they don't typicly sell mowers so it was a treat. They also disposed of my old mower. They have alot of odds and ends inside their shop including dog collars and toys and stuff. Their shop is really dusty and has lots of spider webs it could use a deep clean but I can tell the workers care about customer satisfaction."
