"Called to ask for a simple quote on a brake line and brake sensor. Was told they do no quotes without an inspection. It wouldn’t have mattered how much it cost but the person I spoke with was speaking to me like I’m an idiot and child. The shop down the road gave me a simple quote and it doesn’t matter if it costs twice as much as the quote is. I’m going through the door. Would not recommend anybody do business with a shop that treats its customers like they don’t know anything. He had the audacity to say “good luck” hanging up the phone, when it took me 3 minutes to call one more shop."

Luckily they had a used tire with the same tread wear so I didn’t have to get all new tires (my car has AWD). Saved me $1000! Fast, friendly and affordable."

"Called in to try and get a rough estimate on what it would cost to get new struts installed on my truck. I told the guy I would like to provide the aftermarket parts. He rudely cut me off and told me "that not how this works," meaning they do no work without purchasing the parts from them. That's fine with me, I would've been willing to purchase the parts from them but there was no other questions asked and he hung up. Would not recommend working with someone that is so quick to be rude and short to a potential customer. **UPDATE** the shop called me after posting this and left me a harassing voicemail."
