"I’m not going back. I am sure that was Pardo’s goal based on his actions but I’m happy. After reading these reviews it sounds like he’s in legal trouble. And like the other review said he doesn’t keep records so always keep yours if you do decide to try his shop. I went to this guy for a while but recently when I asked him about repairing my undercarriage and possible body work recommendations he was horrible. I previously talked to him a few years ago about getting a new undercarriage on my car. He said he could order it but I ended up not getting it at the time and doing something else. I called about it again and he said no problem, I can order the parts. He also stated that he could help me find a body shop that could assist with my bumper based on his contacts. He requested I send him the pictures. I sent them and he didn’t respond so I called him the next evening and asked if he received the pictures. He said “Yes, I can’t help you with that”. I asked what about the under carriage and he said “that either”. Very Rude. I should have known when I last went for an oil change and his parking lot was torn up from construction. Another patron asked about it and Pardo said he was remodeling. The patron asked did the city make him do it. He asked the man to step outside so he could talk to him. It seemed suspicious and he had a mild attitude afterwards."

"Super fast and very friendly, as well as very accomodating. The guy even agreed to stay later since I could only get out there after close, and then took the time to walk me through the cost. Also as far as I could tell they didn’t charge for a diagnostic since we were sure what the problem was and it was clear upon inspection, whereas other places didn’t listen to me and insisted on charging 100+ just for a diagnostic."
