"Larry Young was the most honest contractor out of 4 quote requests I made. One company didn’t bother to show up - twice. One said it’d cost $16K after I mentioned my handyman’s estimate of $10-12K. Another wanted a structural engineer to do a thorough assessment before even talking price. Larry quoted a firm, very reasonable amount. His workers had to go buy additional material due to a previously unseen issue. Despite the increased expense, Larry honored the initial quote and didn’t charge me more. He saved me from being taken advantage of and ripped off. His workers did a great job on the repair, too. I’d definitely hire this company again!"

Can't recommend them strongly enough. Eric is dependable and fair. Plus once he starts on your job he finishes it. He doesn't try to juggle multiple projects at a time which can lead to disappointment. He's busy, but worth the wait."

"Contacted this contractor who said during the course of our phone conversation that he does just about everything. Then, he asks for the address of the work site and says "he'll pass" because he doesn't feel safe leaving his trailer. Our neighborhood is nice but I feel like the response was race-based and he was doing a type of redlining before he even considered the project. As if I were going to steal his tools... The response was unwarranted and hurtful. He made assumptions based soley on an address... and he couldnt be more wrong. What an unprofessional cad. #blightmekc"

"Amazing! Considerate! Efficient!! We closed on our house in June but the contracted work on some of the siding was never complete. The original contractor strung us along all summer till we eventually fired him. I called around and was recommended the wood rot specialists. Eric had been able to stop by and complete an estimate in a timely fashion. He was knowledgeable and took the time to educate us. We were worked into the workflow and they showed up (which the old people didn't)! The crew was incredibly considerate to our property. I have lived in multiple apartments historically and have seen different crews who were not. I was truly impressed and know we got quality work :-) I recommend them in a heartbeat!"

I spoke to others that wanted to do a cheap fast job. He took his time and came in right on his bid. His employees were great too.
