"If you have any coupon, they will tell you you have to pay for random things like “Ford doesnt cover caps any longer, or the only refill you need is coolant which is $5…..these literally added up to my $22 coupon. And it was hilarious, as soon as I gave the coupon amount they started telling me the things I “needed”. Go to Valvoline down the street."
"It has been a while since I used a Jiffy Lube. When my daughter decided on a last minute road trip, I was pleased to find that Jiffy Lube was open on July 4 so that I could get the oil change that the car needed. Craig and his team were super friendly and helpful. They completed the oil change, coolant level, checked the battery, the air filter, tire pressure, and wiper fluid. We feel better knowing that the car doesn’t have any fluid concerns when she takes off tomorrow. Thanks for taking great care of us."
