"I usually don't write reviews but I have rarely been as impressed with a car repair shop. I have used this location one other time in the past and had a similar experience with a different staff member so this is not a one time experience. In my experience the employees very much care about their customers and go above and beyond to win and keep their business. From my POV they are also clearly experts in car repair. I had a unique battery issue this morning and they had me repaired at a very minimal cost in less than 20 minutes. This was my experience and based on this I would highly recommend as they have earned me as a customer for life."

"Hands down was the BEST customer service I have ever received! When I called to make my appointment for an oil change, Andrew was extremely friendly and helpful. I told him that I have to drive several hours away and his response was they will make sure that it is safe and good to go. When I got to the shop, once again, Andrew was absolutely amazing, friendly, and helpful. He did not make me feel bad that I had to go for a cheaper service due to budget and reassured me that everything will be thoroughly looked over and inspected. Ashley worked on my car and came in to explain in detail everything that was going on and what I needed to do within the next six months for maintenance.
