"Got a flat tire before heading to work and was able to pull into Big O Tires an hour before closing. It was unfortunately unfixable, and they put on my spare tire for me. I was shocked when they said there was no charge for their service!! After some quick online researching, I went ahead and just bought a new tire from them and had it installed- all done SUPER quickly right before closing might I add. Ariana at the front desk helped me out a lot and answered all my questions without making me feel pressured to make a purchase from them. Thank you also to the awesome technician (working on 2/16, 6pm on a white Mazda cx50!) for the quality work. This is a well run business with excellent customer service and integrity. I will be giving them my business in the future."
