"I really wanted to like this place because the guys were polite, etc, and everything seemed fine - right up until they didn’t refund my Mother for a cleaning fee. They promised a refund because it didn’t need to be cleaned, it was done for. (iPad) Still no refund. Very disappointing… (she has reached out several times… fyi)"
