"I have a German Shepherd & a Shih-Tsu - large & small - Dr. Wilburn & team are great for dogs. I like that he interacts with my dogs - gets down on their level- & they like him & aren’t afraid. If my nervous Shepherd is happy going to the vet - I assume she’s being treated well & feels safe. The doggie nurse’s Victoria Alyssa & all are great. Economical convenient at a Petco but most important my dogs don’t fight about going to the vet when they are hurt. I ONLY see Wilburn for my dogs."

"I was glad that I was able to get an appointment and I found the vet tech to be a patient and caring professional. The veterinarian, however, took an exceptionally long time to do a cytology. When I told him that we were not having surgery performed on my dog due to a heart condition, the vet told me that he "had no concern about heart conditions and doesn't shy away from surgeries because of heart conditions." First, that sounded like pure bravado; second, I didn't care what he'd done in the past, and his comment seemed not to take anything into account beyond his own desire to generate revenue. My dog is 15 years old, and I wasn't given any guidance with age as a consideration. In the end, I left running late for work with a dog in the exact same condition and $200 less in my wallet for poor and insufficient guidance. Worst vet experience in 25+ years of dog ownership. I was desperate to see a professional because we are new in town. I'd have been better off waiting a week to see a real doctor."
