"I had a large package get lost in the mail that I had several things in it for my daughter's Christmas. They were little things for her to open anyway. Well, let's just say that it was much easier to go to 5 Below to replenish what was lost. They have so many cute things to choose from!"

"This store is cute & fun. It has most of what is available on their website. Giving it 4 stars because some isles are in disarray. The t-shirts, makeup, and seasonal at the time of this review. I was there at 6pm on a Sunday and there were huge carts in the way so it made it difficult to get around. I thought the store was closing early but it wasn't and lots more people were coming in. I had to leave because it was too hard to navigate my cart thru the chaos."

"Mostly the stuff is just ok but the staff is literally sooo so sweet that it was an amazing experience. The store was all out of all the shirts I would have bought and I wish there more long sleeves. I had never been to this store before. I did find one thing I absolutely loved and was psyched to buy it. It was just two chill dudes at the register and the store was very organized and well kept. I didn't even have to ask where anything was. I'm very introverted so I hate asking for help, will do anything I can to avoid it. I was able to find everything I was looking for by myself which is another reason I would definitely come back. Also would be cool if the store sold headphones with a tf card slot but they didn't have any :/"
