"The intake receptionist, Valerie I believe was her name- was very helpful, took all my information and then forwarded me to a nurse. I left two voicemails over the span of two weeks and never got a call back. When I called a third time, Dr. Schaecher’s nurse was finally able to take my call and was not friendly and was very short with me. She claimed that there were no appointments for over a month. When I asked if I could see a different Doctor in the office she put me on a long hold but didn’t offer any other options."

She has truly been by my side through each of my difficult and high risk pregnancies offering her very knowledgeable advice and judgment. I would trust her with my life, and she would do anything to ensure her patients are well-cared for. She and her nurse Chauntelle treat me like family, and I feel blessed they have been an integral part of my journey in becoming a mom."

"I only went to Dr. Schaecher once. She seems really nice, I switched to another doctor and office more so because the office was to far of a drive for me. Her nurse Shauntel however is a little to forward. I had to cancel and reschedule my appointment and she asked why I cancelled the date, what exactly I did for work that I couldn’t make the original appointment, and then proceeded to lecture me that it was important I make my first maternity appointment date as I was to far in the pregnancy to miss it. I am 11 weeks, and I know it’s important, but I shouldn’t have to be scolded like a child for trying to reschedule my appointment that I couldn’t make because of a last minute change. I don’t want her to get fired but I do think that she maybe needs some professional guidance on how to communicate with patients."
