"I absolutely love Dr. Cox. He's the main reason I decided to stay with an OB over a midwife, because he's just such a calm, gentle, pleasant person. I didn't originally want a male doctor, but I'm so glad I ended up seeing him a couple years ago for my first well woman, then for a pre-conception appt., now he is my provider through my pregnancy. I'm 22 weeks and I will try to come update someday after I deliver, but I feel like he will help me stay relaxed if he's the one who is on call to deliver. I have nothing negative to say!"

"I just wanted to throw this out there because I know there has been multiple people always looking for an amazing doctor! I had some very abnormal menstrual bleeding and had to go to the ER . I was scared and crying and thinking the absolute worst. They did what they could and told me to follow up with my OB…. I have seen 2 other female (Sarah and Heidi) nurse practitioners in this office as well and they were great !! Also Dr McNieve delivered my son . He was good as well. I made an appointment with Dr Cox because he had the soonest appointment I could get in to and I was so scared something was really wrong! I know some don’t like male doctors but hear me out … he was the nicest , most patient, caring male doctor I have ever met my entire life !!! He talked to me , he listened to me, he told me in detail all the options and what he thought but still let me decide what I wanted. He talked me through the procedure and told me everything he was doing. When I left his office I seriously felt so reassured what he did and thought was 1000% right .. If you could feel like a million bucks after leaving the OBGYN I promise you I did !!! I didn’t feel uncomfortable NOT ONE SINGLE TIME!!! Fast forward a week later and he himself followed up with me and let me know all my tests were normal. If you’re looking for an amazing doc please make an appointment! I promise you won’t be disappointed! All the docs are nice here but he really stood out the most !! He has 2 locations one is Mercy STL and one in Hazelwood!!"
