"Dr. Marcrander is a great doctor - and I always really enjoyed seeing NP Amanda, but my experience overall with this office has become much less positive. It was nearly impossible to get a call back or a response to a My Mercy message in a timely manner. I would often wait days for a response back to a question or two, which was extremely frustrating. Having to contact again to remind on different items. Not good customer service. I personally felt this office was way too busy and made me feel more like a number, then a valued patient. I have since made the decision to switch to a different office, which I am very happy with!"

"If she were my primary I wouldn't go to any other doctor but her. She is absolutely amazing! I met her in November 2009 after a car accident. I was five months pregnant and she treated me like I was important. She listens to me and takes wonderful care of me. My heart smiles with her. Before her I was treated poorly. There wasn't much respect given to me. She basically held my hand through my pregnancy and now she has so many patients it's hard to see her. I expect that from the best. She has an amazing demeanor for this field. As awkward as visiting her for personal reasons she doesn't make it weird. She creates an atmosphere of calm and assurance. I am so thankful for her!"
