"I had a nurse call me at 3pm asking me if I'd move my appointment from 3:45 to 3:30pm. I told them It would take longer than 30 minutes to get there. The nurse told me it's Nicole's Shuert's sons birthday so she was trying to leave early. I explained I just wouldn't make it on time. I get yet another phone call at 3:12 from someone else saying that Nicole said she would rather me make an appointment with Dr P since there wasn't anything she could do for me. Me of course angry because I took the day off from work, just give in and not go to the appointment. They call me back yet again.... this time it was Nicole, to say they she could see me but would rather me do the test my Dr recommended instead. Um hello thats why I am coming in? Is to talk about my health and the tests the doctor was talking about since no one had time to explain them to me. This whole thing is ridiculous. When I read the message from my doctor, I called to speak to an NP about the test my doc was talking about and how I was feeling, but she recommended I see a nurse to talk about my pain and the tests. That's what I was doing. Not sure why I couldn't get more info on these tests by phone to begin with. My job is super strict about me missing work and here I am with no Dr note to give, upset, and will probably never go to this NP or location again. This isn't good service."
