"Went here for over a decade, but since I haven't been in 3 years I can't come back. Apparently they don't accept new patients that have Medicaid, so all that "we take all insurance" is a bunch of bull. They were always so unorganized that they probably lost all my records anyway."

"At my first appt here I was told I had placenta previa and needed to see the MFM. Dr. ting made it seem very urgent and said I needed to prepare to give birth preterm. But, he or his staff seemed to proceed to forget about me. I called 3x in the span of a month asking why the MFM was telling me she still hadn’t received a referral. Finally, they got it faxed. And the next day? I lost my baby at 15 weeks and 6 days. I can’t help but feel like she’d be alive now if they had not wasted time in getting me set up with the MFM. Finally, my other complaint is that after losing her Dr. Ting delivered her in L&D and seemed irritated I hemorrhaged and needed a d&c. Following that my final appt with him was so short and he didn’t seem to address why I’d have a 2nd trimester loss. He said “it happens” but statistically speaking it does NOT happen that often in the 2nd trimester so I would have appreciated more concern."

"I have been to several doctors over the years with all of my health concerns. I currently see Dr. Ting, 2 specialist, and my general doctor. Dr. Ting has been my favorite doctor of all time since we met. He makes me feel heard, and will do whatever it takes to ease my mind if I think something is wrong. He truly cares about his patients, and makes that very clear. He doesn’t make me feel rushed out, and asks if I have any questions he can answer before I leave every appointment. He makes sure I am 100% comfortable with any medical decision we make. I have absolutely progressed since I started seeing him. I’d recommend him over and over again."

He cares about his patients and it truly shows."
