"I had a really incredible experience here after stopping in here unplanned. Earlier that afternoon, I’d picked up a bouquet for my partner’s birthday from a different florist that was really lackluster and sad, and I didn’t know what to do but knew it needed fixing somehow. I saw that Trapp was nearby so thought I’d stop in to see if they could help out (I did not have high hopes, because this was such a weird request to spring on anyone spontaneously). However, I was greeted so warmly and the woman who greeted me (didn’t catch her name) assured me that they could absolutely help out, and led me over to Paul who jumped on it right away. As it turns out, Paul is not only incredibly accommodating and kind but is also really talented at floral design. With a tiny bit of guidance from me about what my partner likes best, he created a *spectacular* bouquet that became even prettier through the week. I will definitely be back here in the future!"
