"Took 20 minutes to get help at men's fragrance. Asked an employee at women's fragrance across aisle that stated at me a couple times (no acknowledgement)and she said "someone should be over there" but offered nothing further..."

"Parking fine but on our visit there were empty shelves every where you can imagine. A lot of shelves had ridiculous large discounts on the scant inventory left after Christmas. Never observed a clerk on floor to ask questions. That was not anywhere near my past experience over the years at Macy’s ‘Old Metro North’ location."

There are more luxurious yet still affordable brands available, so it's ideal for someone wanting to update the quality of the items they own. When someone is ready to move on from $5 body spray to perfume, you go to Macy's. When someone is tired of their ill-fitting $10 shirt from off the internet, you go to Macy's. *Rewards Program* Sign up for the free membership, Macy's Bronze. You get points for each purchase you make. The silver and gold tiers are only available if you're using your Macy's credit card. *Store Specifics* This store has withstood the test of time, having once been part of the Metro North Mall. Now that the building is its own entity, there are 3 sides you can enter on. The east side facing 169 is where to go for online pickups & customer services. Knocked off 1 star because the building itself is showing its age. Dressing room doors with broken locks, oddly empty space along the wall that used to be connected to the indoor section of the mall."

"I was looking for ideas for the upcoming holidays, and I found a well-stocked Christmas section on the first floor that was very reasonably priced. Prices weren’t necessarily marked on the items, but there was a price check station nearby. When it was time for check-out, there were nearby employees who handled it very quickly and with ease. I’ve also had success using their online ordering, and their online pick-up area at this store is conveniently located. There are always employees there to handle those requests quickly and with very little wait."

"This place is like a precious treat to your senses, the best of the best! My daughter and I go here on Mommy daughter dates and have so much fun going up and down the escalators with beverages and beautiful decor around us. The experience is so worth it!"
