"I have been a client of Sean’s for many years. Great service and his staff are so friendly and helpful. Never any issues with claims."
"I'm a very busy small business owner and needed coverage for my business, myself and my employees. I received a recommendation for this State Farm office and followed up with a phone call to inquire about coverage. Although I had a large portion of business to provide this agent, his office personnel informed me that "they only do business in their office, but they'd be happy to quote me over the phone". Really? Where's the personal service that used to come with a good agent. I went to Allstate instead. They were at MY office the next day."
"I have switched between car insurances a few times. My first was the general at a whopping 350$ a month. I had progressive for 150$ a month. I had a branch off of farmers for 130$ a month. I finally found the real money saver woth state farm!! Around the time I got my van registered I got a quote from allstate and state farm. The quotes were nearly identical but I initially chose allstate. That was a big mistake!! I never even had coverage by them but they demanded 80 bucks despite not being able to cover me. Anyways!! State farm is by far the best on price. I am paying roughly 80 bucks a month for the basic what is needed to be legal insurance. I own my car. It's a 2001 . I am very pleased with state farm. I have spoke with Pat several times and she has always been so helpful as well as understanding!! I say that because my most recent phone call with her I had screaming kids all around me. I am so pleased with state farm. I had a 6 month policy with them for my old van which ended up breaking down after 3 months or so into the policy. Once I found my new used vehicle the process to switch over my policy was so easy!!! Highly recommended state farm for their price and customer service. As for insurance claims I have no idea because I have never been in an accident. Knock on wood."
"My family had been with State Farm for well over 20 years. Over time, we insured many cars, our home and several investment properties with this office. I became frustrated when dealing with a particular employee when I asked about any areas where we could save money. The last time I asked, the person snapped at me "We looked at that last year!" and made it clear that she wasn't going to do the checkup. I had always heard it was in my best interest to ask for a review of my insurance policies once a year, but this lady was not interested in my best interest. Anytime I called, there was always an excuse as to why my question hadn't been answered, or why someone had not gotten back with me; the service was not great. I finally had had enough, so I called and asked to speak to Sean. He called me back and left a voicemail. I called him back and left him a voicemail, and then .... nothing. Which actually was pretty typical of this office. I never spoke with an agent, I only spoke with the secretaries (the majority of them were very nice). I canceled all of my auto and homeowner's policies and switched to another company, and cut my very, very high insurance bill by more than half (my new insurance company was able to cut my costs drastically by insuring the rental properties in a way that the State Farm person said could not be done). On a final note: Eight days ago, I received a call from this group, asking about the single remaining life insurance policy that they held. I had a question about it, and the nice woman who had called said that she would have one of the agents call me back "in a couple of days". . Guess what? He still hasn't called me back."
"Just wanted to take the time to thank Sean and his amazing team of insurance agents for always providing excellent service and consistently going the extra mile making sure that I have the coverage that I need. They have always been there when I needed them and always in a timely manner. I have homeowners and all of my automobiles insured with them. They have always provided excellent coverage in my times of need, from the hailstorm that hit my house to the time I had an accident in my vehicle. They have made the process very easy. I feel secure knowing that I have the coverage of insurance and the professionalism of personal service from Sean's office."
