"I had a blow disc into spinal cord and partially severed spinal cord from disc fragments. These doctors went in and did all the nescessary work to keep me Alive in ICU in 2013 and the Neurologist did an Amazing job where i was able to slowly relearn how to walk. I was only in a wheelchair for 6 months they did so well! And thw Nurses amd Hospital staff was the Bestball ariund and made me feel at Home For 2 months Thank You All So much for saving my life more then you know."

"We had an appointment at the Mercy Spine Clinic with DR. Stewart. My daughter broke her back. She had a cold & called before she left & told them she had a cold. The nurse told her if she wasn’t running a fever to come on. It is a 2 hr. Drive one way so 4 hours altogether. It causes her excruciating pain to ride in a car. Once she got there they turned her away!! Then when we tried to make another appt. the nurse she said that the Dr. didn’t look at her X-rays before she came but looked at them & said he couldn’t help her. He wouldn’t even refer me her to another Doctor when we asked! We’ve called & called the office they will not help us! Don’t use them! You are wasting their time."

"Sent to Pain Management for low back pain (bad accident 30yrs ago). I have tried everything from Chiropractor’s to multiple rounds of physical therapy & those AWFUL injections. If something helped, it would work short-term. If you live this way, you know what it’s like. Saw Dr Sadie Giedd, Pain Mgt. gave her my history & that I can’t do the shots anymore, etc. Last time I had a bad reaction & it was not worth it. She listened! She’s kind & just tells ya straight! She gave me a referral to Dr. Sunghoon Lee. WOW! He is ALSO Kind, Listens! And took the time to show me my MRI. He’s my surgeon now & after 30 years of the Extreme ups & downs chronic back issues cause, happy to say I am having surgery next month! I am very optimistic & can’t wait! It did take about 4 wks to get an apt. w/Dr Lee, but if a Surgeon is good, you will wait. Day of apt., I didn’t even get seated in the waiting room & my name was called! Which was great! Just a good experience even working with Jennifer in scheduling was easy. So far, So Good!"

"If I could give no stars, I would. After7 weeks of multiple phone calls, unreturned calls, sending records, resending referral and waiting on Dr.Stewart to “read my notes”, then being told I “don’t have enough notes”, I still don’t have an appointment. After all that, I’m now being told I need a different referral. Totally incompetent staff. How do you have confidence that you’ll get good care after all that? How can you trust Dr. Stewart if he’s willing to be a part of such incompetence? I’m starting to suspect that this is more than gross incompetence, and that something shady is going on."

"Mercy Spine Center is a joke!!! I have tried for more than 2 months to get an appointment with Dr. Sunghoo Lee, M.D. My primary physician sent the required referral, I had a current spine CT done and after repeated calls (7) and leaving messages for Eric in the scheduling with out a return call, I was told the summary of the CT that was faxed could not be found. So, I had Dr. Jabarri's office fax another and they could not found that one either. So I watched them fax a third copy of the report a few days ago. With my call today 10/15/2015 to Eric, he could not find the report yet a third time. Thank God there is more than 1 Spine Center in Springfield, Missouri. I believe there is no place that is that busy, just incompetent. Richard Johnston 10/15/2015"
