"The guy who answered the phone was nice but he isn't the delivery person. WE NEVER RECEIVED COOKIES!! And we literally lived less than 5 minutes from the store. I called 3 times over the course of 2+ hours & the kid that answered the phone finally told me he couldn't get ahold of the delivery driver. $36 dollars worth of cookies that I NEVER RECEIVED. I WANT A REFUND IMMEDIATELY. I will never order from HOT BOX again. I ordered from Insomnia Cookies & got my delivery in 30 minutes- & they're 10 minutes away!!"

"This is a cookie cake that I ordered and received from Hot Box Cookies on S. Grand in St. Louis. When I arrived, on time, my order was not ready. Not only was it not ready, the staff presented very agitated and were debating the validity of me actually placing my on line order. Once they “found” my cake, they began to complain that the ”day shift” failed to write on the cake and that it was not their job to do this. After much discussion, staff wrote, very sloppy, and obviously using the wrong tip, “Happy Friends-giving”. This was distasteful, and inconvenient. As a result I was 60 min late to my event that I had to show up with this, mess. I will not be returning to this location."
