"Consider this storage facility as the anti-Uhaul. You are not a contract number to them. Mike and Chris know my name and will call if one of them spot that I've accidentally left my locker unlocked. At Uhaul, I have to deal with workers who would rather get the transaction done and move on. I had an issue recently where THEIR truck wasn't available until hours later, and they weren't helpful in the least, even as someone who had an existing storage unit. This place values loyalty and will work with you without judgment. I feel like my stuff is in great hands!"
