Simply bring your tracking number and ID to pick up your package once notified, or drop off your securely sealed and labeled package weighing less than 55 pounds and smaller than 48" x 25" x 25". There are no additional fees for using this location, and pre-printed FedEx labels for online shopping returns are accepted. Packages will be held for up to 7 days before being returned to the nearest FedEx facility. International packages with a U.S. originated address are also accepted. Remember to box, seal, and label your package before dropping it off, as this location does not provide shipping or packing materials. For assistance with packing supplies or hazardous material shipments, visit a nearby FedEx Office location or participating FedEx Authorized ShipCenter or Office Depot OfficeMax location in Aurora.
