"I would give a -10 review. One of the most traumatic and horrible experiences of my life. After the passing of our loved one we called to have her removed from the home. One person was sent.... a female... How is one person supposed to negotiate 3 levels of stairs and moving our loved one by herself... SHE CANT. It was her first time going solo and was extremely under qualified and unprofessional. So- two of us had to help move our loved one on to the gurney .... HORRIFIC.... her son had to help move the gurney to the van... TRAUMATIC... Loosing our loved one was tragic enough... then to add the incompetence of this company.... there aren't enough words to articulate our disgust. I would NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE... I would actually advise to avoid at all costs."

"This place was amazing. They made getting my mother's ashes back from many states away much easier than I had expected it to be. Their prices were some of the most budget friendly I found in the area. The staff were also very nice, understanding and easy to to work with despite the less ideal circumstances surrounding losing my mom. The time from her going to them to delivered to me was less than a week and the urn is beautiful."

"Complete Cremations provided excellent care to my dad and our family after his sudden passing. I called around to several places from the hospital and Michael really took the time with me to walk me through the process and answer the many questions I had. We chose to have a viewing for my dad, and cremate afterward. Other companies were charging nearly double that of Complete Cremations cost. They also provided an actual casket for the service (rather than charging hundreds to rent one or use a wooden one). I could count on Michael to answer my calls, text, emails in a prompt manner, and he was very patient with me during the process of planning all of this (as I changed my mind on things a few times). It didn't matter. He was very understanding and available to help in any way he could. He offered great advice, and his team went out of their way to accommodate us and some of our special requests from beginning to end. I also wanted a lot of updates on my dad during the process, and Michael was happy to text me frequently for reassurance that my dad was in good hands. It really eased my mind during this tough time. I feel that Complete Cremations really show that you can have an excellent experience and quality service without breaking the bank. I really can't say enough about their service. I will be recommending them to all friends and family, and will continue to use them myself. Convenient, accommodating, affordable, reliable, professional, trustworthy..the list goes on.
